Shipment of Goods

When placing an order with us, please use a physical street address, preferably business address, and provide your land-line phone number just in case we have to contact you. Our delivery is via courier service and cannot be to a Post Office box.

We mainly employ Australian Air Express for interstate shipment and Courier Please for Victoria area delivery. The normal lead time for delivery is two days if stocks are available. We will provide you the consignment number through email when the goods is on the way to you. You can trace the interstate shipment status by visiting http://www.aae.com.au/ using the consignment number.

Our freight charge is A$7 for weight under 20 kg for Melbourne area and A$12 for weight under 3 kg for other areas in Australia. The freight charge will be confirmed with customer otherwise.

Claims for shortages, damages and invoice discrepancies must be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
